Hotel Waffle Packing List

• 1 waffle iron (we use a Cuisinart Round Classic Waffle Maker)
• 1 lidded jar with 4 cup capacity (we use disposable Ziplock Twist n Lock Containers)
• Pre-measured waffle mix (we place 1 1/4 cup of mix in a zippy bag with additional ingredients listed on the front of the bag with a sharpie.  Pack one back for each batch desired.  )
• oil
• eggs - (pack as many eggs as you have batches of mix)
• vanilla
• maple syrup
• paper plates
• plastic forks
• napkins
• Cooking Spray
• small bottle dish-washing liquid

I mix the flour in with a plastic fork, then simply throw the fork away for easier cleaning.  Paper plates work well, then I wash the lidded jar in the bathroom sink to be set for the next day!
